Fu sede Municipale del Comune di Tremosine dal 1920 al 1968.
L’edificio era precedentemente di proprietà dei fratelli Arturo e Italo Cozzaglio e venne acquistato dal Comune tramite una permuta con la vecchia Sede Comunale che si trovava al primo piano di una casa in “Cimaporto”, dove oggi è sito il Bar Tremosine in Piazza Arturo Cozzaglio. Oltre agli uffici Comunali la struttura ospitava la scuola, un ambulatorio e il Teatro Comunale.
Durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale (1915 – 1918) l’edificio fu utilizzato come caserma dalle truppe italiane.
This was the Town hall of Tremosine from 1920 to 1968.
The building originally belonged to brothers Arturo and Italo Cozzaglio and was bought by the local council, wich gave them the previous Town hall in return, wich was on the first floor of house in “Cimaporto” , where there is now bar Tremosine in Arturo Cozzaglio Square. Aside from the town hall, the building used to host the school, a doctorr’s surgery and the town theatre.
During the First World War (1915 – 1918) the building was used by the italian troops as army camp.

Das Gebäude gehörte ursprünglich den Brüdern Arturo und Italo Cozzaglio und wurde vom Gemeinderat gekauft, der ihnen im Gegenzug das vorherige Rathaus gab, das sich im ersten Stock des Hauses in „ Cimaporto “, wo sich jetzt die Bar Tremosine am Arturo Cozzaglio Square befindet. Neben dem Rathaus befanden sich in dem Gebäude die Schule, eine Doctorr-Praxis und das Stadttheater.
Während des Ersten Weltkriegs (1915 – 1918) wurde das Gebäude von den italienischen Truppen als Armeelager genutzt.
