Prabione – 540 m / Pontesel – 300 m / Sermerio – 640 m.
Prabione si raggiunge percorrendo l’altipiano di Tignale lungo la strada che lo collega a Tremosine.
Dal centro del paese si prende la stradina pianeggiante che punta in direzione nord addentrandosi nella vallata di S. Michele. Entrati nel bosco, si inizia a scendere fino a raggiungere la stretta ma profondissima e suggestiva forra del fondovalle, unita da un alto ponticello in pietra, il Pontesel appunto, caratteristico e storico punto di collegamento tra i due altipiani di Tignale e Tremosine. La risalita sull’altro versante è tra il verde cupo dei lecci; si cominciano poi a scorgere i primi prati, giungendo all’incrocio con il segnavia n.143 in Loc. Prione, si prosegue sulla strada, ora in decisa salita, sino a ritornare sulla strada comunale nei pressi del cimitero di Sermerio.
Percorribile solo a piedi, ad eccezione del primo tratto su strada sterrata, prima di addentrarsi nella forra e del tratto da Prione a Sermerio.

Prabione can be reached by going through Tignale plateau along the road that connects it to Tremosine. From the center of the village, take the road northwards, entering the valley of San Michele. Once you are in the wood, you descend until you reach the narrow and very deep gorge of the valley floor joined by a high stone bridge, the Pontesel, a characteristic and historic connection point between the two plateaus of Tignale and Tremosine.
The ascent on the other side is through the holm oak forest, you then start to see the first meadows, reaching the crossroads with the trail sign n°143 in Località Prione. Contnue on the road, now going uphill, until going back on the main road near the cemetery of Sermerio.
Accessible only on foot, with the exception of the first part on a dirt road, before entering the gorge and the stretch from Prione to Sermerio

Vom Vesio di Tremosin nehmen Sie die Straße zum Val di Bondo, Passo Nota, an der Kreuzung in Loc. Pertica können Sie Ihr Auto parken. Die Route folgt dem Feldweg militärischen Ursprungs, der entlang der gesamten Kette verläuft, die das Bondo-Tal von der des Singol trennt und in Cima Traversole gipfelt. Die Straße schlängelt sich bergauf bis zur Kreuzung mit Bocca Sospiri, setzt sich dann fast flach fort und legt sich über eine lange Strecke auf rund 1.100 Metern zurück, um auf ein Panoramafeld in der Nähe eines sichtbaren Gitters zu klettern. Von hier geht es weiter mit Blick auf Caplone und Tremalzo bis zum Valle delle Cerese, von wo aus der Passo Nota leicht zu erreichen ist.
Besonders geeignete Route zu Pferd oder Mountainbike.
Tutto l’anno – prestare molta attenzione nei giorni piovosi o appena successivamente nel tratto nei pressi della Forra.

E’ possibile parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico poco prima di entrare nell’abitato di Prabione.
