Si lasciano le autovetture al bivio tra la stradina asfaltata che collega Vesio con la località Campi e la strada sterrata per la località Fornaci (nei pressi della cava dismessa).
Dalla località Fornaci, s’imbocca la stradina a sinistra prendendo dopo pochi metri ancora a sinistra (non bisogna salire alla cascina!). Dopo un breve tratto in piano il sentiero sale con decisione lungo il versante nord-est di Cima Dalvra, sino a toccare Bocca Sospiri (h. 0,40), e con salita impegnativa si raggiunge Cima Sospiri, Cima della Selva (m. 1.271), scendendo si procede poi verso la baita in legno e sulla sterrata che scende a Zig Zag sul versante della Valle di Bondo per collegarsi con il segnavia 106.

Percorribile solo a piedi, molto interessante per le vedute panoramiche.

Sconsigliato a chi soffre di vertigini.

Leave the car at the crossing of the tarmac road that connects Vesio with Campi and the dirt road to Località Fornaci (near the disused quarry).

From località Fornaci take the pathway on the left, a few meters further go again on your left (you don’t have to go up to the farmhouse!). After a short flat stretch the path stiffly climbs along the north-east slope of Cima Dalvra, until getting to Bocca Sospiri (h. 0,40), from here there is a challenging climb to reach Cima Sospiri 1.251 m and Cima della Selva 1,271 m. When descending proceed towards the wooden hut and on the dirt road that goes down zigzag on the side of Valle di Bondo to join the trail n° 106.

Accessible on foot, very interesting panoramic views.

Lassen Sie die Autos an der Kreuzung zwischen der asphaltierten Straße, die Vesio mit Campi verbindet, und der unbefestigten Straße nach Fornaci (in der Nähe des stillgelegten Steinbruchs) stehen.

Nehmen Sie von Fornaci aus die Straße links und wieder einige Meter links (Sie müssen nicht zum Wasserfall hinauf!). Nach einer kurzen flachen Strecke den Verkaufspfad mit Entscheidung entlang der Nordostseite von Cima Dalvra, bis er Bocca Sospiri (h. 0,40) berührt, und mit einem anspruchsvollen Aufstieg ist es Cima Sospiri, Cima della Selva (m. 1.271), absteigend, dann weiter in Richtung Holzhütte und auf dem Feldweg, der einen Zickzack an der Seite des Bondo-Tals hinterließ, um sich mit dem Wegweiser 106 zu verbinden.

Nur zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr interessant für den Panoramablick.

Nicht empfohlen für Schwindelkranke
