Nel 1953 la famiglia Bernardelli di Desenzano acquistò, dalla famiglia Benvenuti, Villa Paradiso ed il terreno circostante progettando di costruire, poco distante, un albergo.
Nacque così l’Hotel Paradiso posizionato sul ciglio roccioso a picco sul lago, con terrazza panoramica (1958).
La “Terrazza del Brivido” è una piattaforma realizzata in cemento, protetta da una ringhiera, sospesa a 350 metri di altezza.
Dal 1976 l’Hotel Paradiso è proprietà della famiglia Baruffa che, con generosità, consente l’accesso al pubblico con consumazione gradita.
La vista che si può godere da questo punto è incredibile.
Lo sguardo del visitatore potrà partire da Campione e risalire, ammirando i tornanti della Strada della Forra, per giungere al Borgo di Pieve.
Il tutto mentre si è avvolti tra lago e cielo guardando l’orizzonte fin dove lo sguardo si perde.

In 1953 the Bernardelli family of Desenzano purchased Villa Paradiso and the surrounding land from the Benvenuti family, planning to build a hotel nearby.
Thus was born the Hotel Paradiso positioned on the rocky edge overlooking the lake, with a panoramic terrace (1958).
The “Terrazza del Brivido” is a platform made of concrete, protected by a railing, suspended at 350 meters in height.
Since 1976 the Hotel Paradiso has been owned by the Baruffa family who, with generosity, allows the access to the public only with drink on the spot required.

Seit 1976 ist das Hotel Paradiso im Besitz der Familie Baruffa, die mit Großzügigkeit Zugang zur Öffentlichkeit gewährt, mit Getränke or Verzehr herzlich vorgeschlagen.
