Un’ora di pratica yoga per rigenerarsi grazie al contatto con la natura, il sole, il lago. L’insegnante, qualificata, rende possibile la partecipazione a persone di ogni età garantendo relax per ogni livello di preparazione. La lezione si svolgerà sul prato adiacente la riva del lago pertanto si raccomanda di portare un tappetino yoga, o un telo di spugna, e di adottare un abbigliamento morbido e comodo. Al termine della sessione vi aspetta un aperitivo composto da una bevanda a scelta accompagnata da stuzzichini presso il Bar Cuba Cafè.

An hour of yoga practice to regenerate thanks to contact with nature, the sun, the lake. The qualified teacher makes it possible for people of all ages to participate, ensuring relaxation for every level of preparation. The lesson will take place on the lawn adjacent to the lake shore, therefore it is recommended to bring a yoga mat or a terry cloth and to adopt soft and comfortable clothing. At the end of the session, an aperitif consisting of a drink of your choice accompanied by appetizers awaits you at the Bar Cuba Cafè.

Eine Stunde Yogapraxis zur Regeneration dank Kontakt mit der Natur, der Sonne, dem See. Die qualifizierte Lehrkraft ermöglicht Menschen jeden Alters die Teilnahme und sorgt so für Entspannung für jede Vorbereitungsstufe. Der Unterricht findet auf der Wiese neben dem Seeufer statt, daher wird empfohlen, eine Yogamatte oder ein Frotteetuch mitzubringen und weiche und bequeme Kleidung anzuziehen. Am Ende der Sitzung erwartet Sie in der Bar Cuba Cafè ein Aperitif, bestehend aus einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl, begleitet von Vorspeisen.
