Impara l’arte del gelato italiano in uno storico laboratorio artigianale. Conosci le attrezzature e gli ingredienti utilizzati. All’arrivo riceverete un grembiule usa e getta, copricalzari e retina per capelli in rispetto della normativa vigente. Al termine della lezione potrai assaggiare alcuni gusti con le maestre gelataie della Famiglia Galliani.

Learn the art of Italian ice cream in a historic artisan workshop. Know the equipment and ingredients used. Upon arrival you will receive a disposable apron, boot covers and hair net in compliance with current legislation. At the end of the lesson you will be able to taste some flavors with the master gelato makers of the Galliani family.

Registration: By 12.00 on the day before the experience directly to the organizer at the telephone number indicated. Possibility of registration also through the reception of your hotel – extra hotel, or at the Pro Loco Tremosine offices. Payment to the organizer.
