Dal 1982 Diego, Laura, e ora il figlio Simone, hanno fatto della qualità il loro focus. Materie prime selezionate e una filosofia a km0 si coniugano con l’innovazione, sempre nel rispetto della tradizione culinaria tremosinese e italiana. Ogni venerdì la proposta del ricco menù si arricchisce del più famoso piatto della tradizione paesana, lo spiedo. Venendoci a trovare potrai gustarne una porzione accompagnata da polenta cotta su stufa a legna come si faceva nelle case delle nostre nonne.

Jeden Freitag wird der Vorschlag der reichhaltigen Speisekarte mit dem berühmtesten Gericht der hießigen Tradition, dem Spieß, bereichert. Wenn Sie uns besuchen, können Sie eine Portion mit Polenta genießen, die auf dem Holzofen zubereitet wird, wie es bei unseren Großmüttern zu Hause war.
