Introduzione vitivinicola alla scoperta di diversi territori raccontata e tenuta da Damiano Perini, sommelier A.I.S. e caporedattore di Bengodii.com, magazine online specializzato in critica enogastronomica. Un viaggio culinario ed edonistico alla scoperta dell’enologia locale, un approfondimento su vitigni e zone vocate ad un terroir molto particolare (caratteristiche uniche legate a terra, clima e vitigno). Sarà un’occasione per scoprire profumi, colori, sapori legati a una terra dalle molteplici sfumature. La degustazione sarà accompagnata da assaggi di prodotti tipici locali.

Wine introduction to the discovery of different territories told and held by Damiano Perini, sommelier A.I.S. and editor-in-chief of Bengodii.com, an online magazine specializing in food and wine criticism. A culinary and hedonistic journey to discover local enology, an in-depth study of grape varieties and areas suited to a very particular terroir (unique characteristics linked to the land, climate and grape variety). It will be an opportunity to discover scents, colors, flavors linked to a land of multiple shades. The tasting will be accompanied by tastings of typical local products.

Weineinführung zur Entdeckung verschiedener Gebiete, erzählt und gehalten von Damiano Perini, Sommelier A.I.S. und Chefredakteur von Bengodii.com, einem auf Lebensmittel- und Weinkritik spezialisierten Online-Magazin. Eine kulinarische und hedonistische Reise zur Entdeckung der lokalen Önologie, eine eingehende Untersuchung von Rebsorten und Gebieten, die für ein ganz besonderes Terroir geeignet sind (einzigartige Eigenschaften in Verbindung mit Land, Klima und Rebsorte). Es wird eine Gelegenheit sein, Düfte, Farben und Aromen zu entdecken, die mit einem Land der vielen Schattierungen verbunden sind. Die Verkostung wird von begleitet typischen lokalen Produkten.
