Introduzione vitivinicola alla scoperta di diversi territori raccontata e tenuta da Damiano Perini, sommelier A.I.S. e caporedattore di Bengodii.com, magazine online specializzato in critica enogastronomica. Alla scoperta della regione altoatesina e degustazione guidata dei Riesling locali. Un salto immaginifico sulle scoscese vallate della Valle Isarco e della Valle Venosta, tra i vertiginosi vigneti dove si pratica la cosiddetta viticoltura “eroica”. Due valli dai suoli scistosi, che permettono di avere vini minerali e profondi. La degustazione sarà accompagnata da assaggi di prodotti tipici locali.

Wine introduction to the discovery of different territories told and held by Damiano Perini, sommelier A.I.S. and editor-in-chief of Bengodii.com, an online magazine specializing in food and wine criticism. Discovering the South Tyrolean region and guided tasting of local Rieslings. An imaginative leap over the steep valleys of the Valle Isarco and Valle Venosta, among the vertiginous vineyards where the so-called “heroic” viticulture is practiced. Two valleys with schist soils, which allow to have mineral and deep wines. The tasting will be accompanied by tastings of typical local products.

Weineinführung zur Entdeckung verschiedener Gebiete, erzählt und gehalten von Damiano Perini, Sommelier A.I.S. und Chefredakteur von Bengodii.com, einem auf Lebensmittel- und Weinkritik spezialisierten Online-Magazin. Entdeckung der Südtiroler Region und geführte Verkostung heimischer Rieslinge. Ein fantasievoller Sprung über die steilen Täler des Eisacktals und des Vinschgaus, inmitten der schwindelerregenden Weinberge, in denen der sogenannte „heldenhafte“ Weinbau praktiziert wird. Zwei Täler mit Schieferböden, die mineralische und tiefe Weine ermöglichen. Die Verkostung wird von typischen lokalen Produkten begleitet.
