Assapora la cucina tradizionale di Tremosine rivisitata dall’estro dello chef Alberto. Il menù prevede: un antipasto di Capù, un primo di tortelli ripieni con la Formaggella dell’Alpe del Garda, un secondo di carne a scelta accompagnato da contorno. La nostra carne viene cotta su brace di legna per esaltare il sapore autentico del Km0. Sarà possibile scegliere di abbinare vini di Tremosine. Su richiesta possibilità di prenotare in giorni diversi secondo le disponibilità del ristorante.

Savor the traditional cuisine of Tremosine revisited by the inspiration of chef Alberto. The menu includes: an appetizer of Capù, a first of tortellini stuffed with Formagella dell’Alpe del Garda, a second course of meat of your choice accompanied by a side dish. Our meat is cooked on wood embers to enhance the authentic flavor of Km0. It will be possible to choose to combine Tremosine wines. On request it is possible to book on different days according to the availability of the restaurant.

Genießen Sie die traditionelle Küche von Tremosine, die von Küchenchef Alberto inspiriert wurde. Das Menü umfasst: eine Vorspeise Capù, und Tortelli gefüllt mit Formagella dell’Alpe del Garda, einen zweiten Gang Fleisch Ihrer Wahl mit einer Beilage. Unser Fleisch wird auf Holzglut gegart, um den authentischen Geschmack von Km0 zu verstärken. Es ist möglich, Tremosine-Weine zu kombinieren. Auf Anfrage, je nach Verfügbarkeit des Restaurants möglichkeit an verschiedenen Tagen einen Tisch zu reserviren.
