This great location offers a stunning view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Favorite destination for tennis players, there are in fact numerous hotel with tennis courts surrounded by a unique nature environment.

It probably owes its name to the characteristic ‘Volti’ – vaulted arches – located in the historical center. The stone houses of the villages of Tremosine are typical of peasant construction, leaning against each other. This creates hallways called “vaulted arch”, a network of internal courtyards and covered passages.

Just above Voltino there is località Campi, which hosts several accommodation facilities where you can find plenty of clay tennis courts surrounded by greenery. Over the years this small locality became a tennis player’s paradise.

what to see

The settlement is pre-Roman. The church is dedicated to San Lorenzo. The first chapel was built in 1.017, over the centuries it underwent numerous restoration and enlargement works. Inside, a canvas probably painted by the Venetian painter Andrea Celesti (l637-1712) it portrays the Madonna and Saint Charles. The pipe organ dates back to the second half of the 800s.

The patronal feast is celebrated on 10 August.

Between Voltino and Ustecchio, in località Pozza, there is a capital with a fresco dedicated to the Madonna, help of sinners, dated 1668.
