A village of other times that preserves the charm of the classic mountain farming villages. Surrounded by cultivated fields and woods, it offers excellent opportunities for trekking and walks into the nature.
An ancient village immersed in the green of the mountains and perfectly manicured meadows. In the historic center the church dedicated to Santa Maria della Neve dominates.
The trail n° 204 Cadignano-Ponticello-Prabione (hamlet of Tignale) was in ancient times the only connection between the two municipalities for the transport of wood, coal or other, which was done on the back or on the back of a mule. The bridge, which crosses the deep gorge of the San Michele stream, is made of stone and, perhaps, of Roman origin.

The church was built around 1770s. The interior has a single nave with three unequal spans. From the central one you can access the bell tower. The painting on the altar, representing the Holy Family with Saint Anthony of Padua, dates back to the 18th century.
